Our Firm
Stanley & Bratcher was founded by Larry Barton Stanley and Thomas Oliver Bratcher on Main Street in McMinnville, Tennessee. Since 1974, the firm has been a fixture of the Warren County legal community — representing families, individuals, and businesses with the kind of steady, practical counsel that only comes from decades of experience in one place.
Larry Stanley was a lifelong public servant. Elected as state representative for Warren and Van Buren counties at just twenty-one, he went on to serve as Warren County Attorney before building a law practice that would endure for generations. His son, Larry Bart Stanley Jr., practiced alongside him at the firm before going on to serve as a circuit court judge in Tennessee's Thirty-First Judicial District.
Today, Thomas and Robert Bratcher carry the firm forward — the same office, the same commitment, and a combined sixty-plus years of legal experience. Whether the matter calls for careful negotiation or determined trial advocacy, clients know what they'll get from Stanley & Bratcher: honest advice, hard work, and a handshake that means something.
